FAQ

  • Where is my order?
It depends where you ordered from! If you placed an order here at raniahair.com, you received an email confirmation with tracking information sent as soon as it was available. If you did not receive this email or you need immediate help, just email us at info@raniahair.com. If you placed an order locally through a distributor, please call them directly.
  • What is the source of the hair?
Our luxury extensions are sourced from Slavic and Eastern European countries. We make sure that the hair that is obtained was gathered using ethical and fair trade practices and treated carefully to ensure and maintain the best quality. We use this ethnicity of virgin cuticle hair to ensure the consistency of a wide range of coloring, especially in the lightening process and also to provide a natural body wave texture when wet.
  • What kind of tape is used for the Tape in Extensions?
We use Walker tape, this is the best tape on the market. It is a high quality adhesive, but completely harmless if it comes in contact with human skin.
  • How is the hair colored?
The coloring process varies based on the color required / Balayage, etc. However the hair is not over processed or bleached multiple times as that breaks down the integrity of the hair. We do not use harsh chemicals as it is important for both the health of our employees and the quality and consistency of the hair. We have vary specific color mixes based on our choices of color collections offered. Our team ensures that all hair is colored to match our formulas every time.
  • How many packs do I need for a full head?
The average full head of hair needs between 100-150 grams. However, depending on the length and thickness of your clients hair, this can vary. Clients with thinner hair may need 100 grams, whereas clients with thicker hair could use up to 180-200 grams. Still have questions? Contact us and we are happy to help out.
  • Can I dye my RANIA Hair Extensions?
If you decide to dye our extensions, use only a semi or demi-permanent hair color. Do not lift the color, only deposit it. Be sure to keep the new color within two shades of the hair’s original color. Pro-tip: do a strand test first to make sure that the results will be what you want. Please note that once hair extensions are color processed, we cannot be responsible for any damage incurred to the hair extensions and will be immediately unable to file any claim for damaged or defective product.
